1.The service

SongGuess is a free song-guessing game made by Emi RO as a personal project. It's provided as is, without warranties, and we may change, pause or stop it at any time.

2.The music

Songs, covers and videos belong to the artists and rights holders. We only use the 30-second previews provided by Deezer and Apple iTunes, and YouTube videos, through their official services.

SongGuess isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Deezer, Apple, YouTube, TikTok or Twitch.

3.Ownership of the brand

SongGuess™ and songguess.ro are wholly owned by Emi RO, the project's creator. The SongGuess name, logo, design, texts, the format of the game and of its LIVEs, and the source code were created by Emi RO and belong to Emi RO.

You may not copy, imitate or use the SongGuess name, logo or design (or anything that could be confused with them) without Emi RO's written permission. All rights are reserved and will be enforced.

4.Your account

You're responsible for your account and password. Don't use someone else's name, or offensive or misleading names.

5.Rules

No cheating, bots, scripts or exploiting bugs. No spam, racism, hate, harassment or politics, in names or in LIVE chat.

We may remove scores and block accounts or LIVE players who break the rules.

6.Leaderboards and LIVEs

Your display name and scores are public. In SongGuess LIVEs, your platform name, correct answers and points may appear on screen and on the leaderboards.

7.Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the game or by it being unavailable.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
